Programming is geared at improving maximal strength and power development as well as improving lagging muscle-groups. There is an emphasis on hypertrophy work so expect to see gains in lean body mass! This programming is perfect for those looking for well-rounded fitness or just an athlete that’s been in the trenches and has hit a plateau, or looking to increase over all strength.

This is a supplemental program to regular CF classes. Regular classes focus on general fitness; while this program will focus specifically on increasing your strength.

  • 5 Weeks 

  • Built-in activation and workout preparation

  • 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday @ 6:30pm. Optional bonus/make up day Saturdays @ 11:00am.
  • Programming led by Ampersand Coaches Marshall, Brian (Groot), and Jeff.
  • Focus on Strength and Power, and to look good in a bathing suit!
  • Includes programming of accessory and supplemental work to improve positioning and increase strength.
  • Improve lifts to better perform in CrossFit workouts.
